    The Sleep Rehab Plan gives you space to reset. I’ll help you gently guide your baby toward longer stretches of sleep, while supporting you emotionally and practically. We'll focus on realistic routines, responsive care, and healthy habits, not sleep training or letting baby “cry it out.”
