At Provision Sleep, I offer nurturing, virtual support for families of babies aged 6–12 months, with age-appropriate guidance that prioritizes connection, development, and sustainable habits. No cry-it-out, just practical, responsive help that fits your family. I have been a mom for almost twenty years and a postpartum doula more recently. I am able to help problem solve with you for your unique little human because no two children are alike.
Together, we’ll gently support your baby’s evolving sleep patterns, build a consistent routine, and create a plan that leaves everyone feeling more rested and confident.
