  • Online questionnaire so that I have all of necessary facts in order to create the best plan for you and your little one.

  • A comprehensive, customized sleep plan that covers: sleep goals, room setup, recommended schedule, night feedings and nap training.

  • One 45-minute phone call to answer questions before you implement the plan.

Two Weeks Support - $595

  • Online questionnaire so that I have all of necessary facts in order to create the best plan for you and your little one.

  • A comprehensive, customized sleep plan that covers: sleep goals, room setup, recommended schedule, night feedings and nap training.

  • One 45-minute phone call to answer questions before you implement the plan.

  • Two weeks of unlimited support with me via phone or text.
