That’s exactly why I created the Baby’s First Sleep Session—a calming, in-home visit to support families in Gilbert, AZ and the surrounding area.

Safe Sleep Setup
During our visit, we’ll walk through your baby’s sleep space together. I’ll help you create a safe, simple, and calming environment that supports the American Academy of Pediatrics’ safe sleep guidelines, while also fitting your real-life routines.
Whether your baby is sleeping in a bassinet, bedside sleeper, or crib, I’ll help you feel confident that their space is both secure and soothing.
Soothing & Swaddling Support
Struggling with fussiness or trouble settling your baby to sleep? You’re not alone. I’ll teach you calming techniques and demonstrate how to swaddle in a way that promotes safety and sleep.
If swaddling isn’t working (or if your baby doesn’t like it), I’ll walk you through alternatives and troubleshoot in real time based on what your baby actually needs.
Wake Windows Explained
Understanding your newborn’s wake windows is one of the most effective ways to improve sleep. I’ll show you how to spot your baby’s sleepy cues, how long they should be awake, and how to gently create a rhythm to avoid overtiredness.
You’ll leave with a simple plan that adjusts as your baby grows—without a rigid schedule.
Ask-Me-Anything Support
From feeding and naps to evening fussiness, gas, wake-ups, and everything in between—this session includes plenty of time to ask all your questions.
